Abstract:

The article describes the history of the formation and development of editions of the "United Editorial Board of Scientific Journals" and the activities of the editorial board of these publications on international integration and cooperation of scientists and specialists from Siberia, Russia, and near and far abroad countries. The issues of developing a virtual community of scientists and specialists, as one of the options of the socio-psychological category of a real group are discussed. A description of their own experience in the interaction of scientists, specialists and students from different countries in the process of joint participation in common events: scientific and practical conferences and the publication of scientific materials is presented. Interactions of members of the editorial board of the United Editorial Board of Scientific Journals with other real and virtual communities, publications and institutions of Russia and foreign countries, in particular, Belarus, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and the USA, are examined. The subject of cooperation of the participants is described on the basis of mutual scientific and research interests in the field of Russian and foreign history of psychology, psychological diagnosis, training of specialists, in the organization and interaction of scientific communities and scientific and methodological publications.
