Abstract:

Of all the crimes against the person, sexual crimes that infringe on human dignity, mental and physical health are among the most dangerous. According to the statistical analysis, they account for about 22% of all detected crimes, and only one of the eight committed sexual crimes is registered, it is important that more than one third of sexual crimes are committed again, which reflects the lack of effectiveness of measures aimed at preventing sexual crime. The study of the peculiarities of the psychosexual sphere of criminals suffering from sexual deviations is necessary both from the position of the investigation of the crime and from the position of expert activity. Intention – оn the basis of experimental psychological and clinical psychological studies of persons who have committed sexual crimes with signs of deviation, to establish the features of development and manifestations of their psychosexual sphere. Analysis of the results of complex psychological, sexual and psychiatric examinations of sexual crimes committed in violation of the sexual object (by sex, age, method) for the period from 2013 to 2018. Experimental psychological study of 733 persons who committed a deviant sexual crime on the practice of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal district. The features of the psychosexual sphere of the perpetrators of the crime against sexual freedom and sexual integrity by offset (broken) object: paralioi conflict with disturbed gender identity; unstable and vulnerable the way I am; infantile features; the ambivalent perception of a sexual partner with a discrepancy between real and ideal image. To implement a set of socio-psychological measures aimed at the prevention and prevention of deviant sexual crimes, it is necessary to know about the peculiarities of the development of the psychosexual sphere and the causes leading to tort.
