Research on the attitude of Russian social media users to information privacy

The article deals with the question of disclosing personal information by Russian users in social networks, allowing to formulate a strategy of marketing communications. The results of studying user profiles in Facebook and VKontakteare presented. Dependences of the amount of disclosure of different types of information on the age, sex, education and occupation of the respondent have been revealed.
