Abstract:
The subject-matter of the article is development of methodological support of the creation of the psychological mechanism of motivation of innovative strategic leadership of an organization, the object of the article is dedicated to innovative leadership of an organization, the aim of the article is formation of methodological bases of creation of the psychological mechanism of motivation of innovative strategic leadership of an organization to achieve this goal, the article solved the following tasks: research and clarification of the concept and the constituent elements of the psychology of innovation leadership of an organization; development of methodological bases of creation of psychological mechanism of formation of strategy of innovative leadership of an organization; research of psychological tools for the formation of the mechanism of innovative leadership of a company (organization), the article describes and complements the models of known types of innovative leadership and behavior at the level of organizations and individuals, investigated the impact of mechanistic and organic models of an organization on innovative activity of staff, studied the influence of a structure of power on the innovative leadership and behavior of personnel of an organization, determined the methodological provisions of the use of methods and tools for managing innovative leadership and innovative behavior of personnel, the article describes the basics of the analysis of the impact of recruitment procedures, personnel policy, the analysis of the influence of motivation policy on the innovative leadership and behavior of company´s staff, the method of development of social-psychological mechanism of innovative leadership of a company and the activities of innovative teams is proposed.
