Abstract:
The article reveals the use of gaming techniques in non-gaming areas. The analysis of scientific works made it possible to draw conclusions that gaming is a method of non-material motivation for activity, since the game allows us to develop the logic of overcoming obstacles, competitiveness, activity with the help of prize incentives. Gamification helps improve the quality of communication in the team, identify leaders, reduce the number of conflicts, increase the overall level of productivity, stimulate students to learn activities, etc. The use of gaming methods increases interest, encourages action, is a set of motivational management techniques.
