STATUS OF THE PROBLEM OF DEFINITION, EVALUATION AND FORMATION OF SOCIAL-COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE PERSON

The article is devoted to a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign scientific works on an issue of the definition and structure of a social-communicative competence, as well as related social-communicative competencies. In the article, along with the theoretical approaches of researchers, their practical experience in the formation, evaluation and development of these competences is also considered. It is stated that the problem of social-communicative competence has not been developed sufficiently, and there are prospects for research in this field.
