Abstract:
The article considers three texts, published in the Psychological newspaper (http://psy.su, online edition) on April 28, 2017, in the context of the concept of "childabuse", defined as all the variety of actions or inaction by surroundings, who harm the physical and mental health of the minor, his development and well-being, and also infringe on his rights or freedom. The author of the first text is a person who is interested in the position of professional psychologists regarding the withdrawal of the child by the employees of the guardianship authority fromthe people who kidnapped the baby from the hospital and who illegally held for more than two years. The authors of the other two texts are professional psychologists. One of them, expressed to the opinion that the child is allowed to leave for education to kidnappers in the event that the child has affection for them. The second declare about the need to leave the child to criminals. These positions, which state though a particularly grave crime in the form of kidnapping (which is cruel treatment with him) has been committed against the child´s personality, the abductors have a number of negative moral, psychological and behavioral characteristics that exclude the possibility of effective education of the child. Based on the analysis of the texts, it is concluded that these publications are not only an indicator of condescending, conniving attitude to cruel treatment of a child, but also a factor that forms this attitude in society.
