Abstract:

In this article the author focuses on one of the areas of research associated with value framework of the management of preschool educational institution. The article presents the results of the study of representations of heads of preschool educational institutions about the characteristics of an ideal preschooler. The empirical model is designed on the obtained data and the authors analyze the problem areas. The image of preschooler is the founda-tion of management of the preschool educational institution. The study used the following methods: group interviews "Portrait of an ideal preschool graduate" and "Values of preschool graduate".
