Abstract:

In the article we examined the question of lawyers’ and psychologists’ scientific approach about differentiation criterions of definition of different types of criminals, their peculiarities with the purpose of certain identification of their typology, because the knowledge of reasons and factors, equipped in committing crimes leads to disclosure of their nature, reasons, regularities of criminal behavior and its demonstration and create the basis for their warning and prevention.
