Abstract:

The Analysis of theoretical and experimental approaches in a psychological science shows, that the social intelligence is concept which has no uniform, unequivocal treatment. A variety of approaches to definition of social intelligence shows ambiguity of its structure. The problem of social intelligence and increase of level of its development gets a special urgency professionally important quality for trades of type "person-person". Social intelligence - ability of the person correctly to understand the behaviour and behaviour of other people in a society. The given ability is necessary for the person for effective interpersonal interaction and successful social adaptation. The social intelligence realises the informative processes connected with display of the person as the partner in dialogue and activity.
