Abstract:
Vocal formation in humans is a very complex mechanism of close interaction of organs and systems with their biological feedbacks based on auditory, vibrational and proprioceptive analyzers that signal to the central nervous system about their condition and activity. The clinical picture of functional dysphonia is distinguished by great variability due to a wide range of pathologies involved in the process of organs and systems; often violations of the voice acquire the quality of serious diseases, lead to long-term disability and even the professional inadequacy of the voice-speech professions. This is especially true of persistent functional disorders of the voice, which are difficult to treat. This necessitates the development of an integrated and effective approach to the treatment of these disorders.
