Abstract:

This article has analyzed the results of studies of the formation of professionally significant qualities in the learning process, and during the passage of professional practices that promote personal self-realization in the field of professional activity of the future officers of the ship. Conducted by the slice and processing of the results obtained allowed to group performance, taking into account individual psychological characteristics of individual students in the factors that reveal targets professionally significant qualities that meet the requirements of the profession, and that should be further developed.
